Winter Low-Disturbance Cleaning Slots Now Open
Evershine is now taking bookings for low-disturbance soft-wash and exterior cleaning during the Christmas shutdown period. From 19 December to 5 January, many commercial sites, schools, academies and public buildings are closed or running at reduced capacity — the perfect window to carry out roof treatments, gutter clearance, and exterior cleaning with zero disruption.
We use a safe, no-access method supported by drone surveys and full before-and-after imaging, giving you a clear record of the work without interrupting staff, students or operations.
Availability over this period is tight because we only take on a limited number of buildings each winter. If you want your site cleaned and protected ahead of the new year, now is the time to secure a slot.

Our roof sealing service is an optional upgrade designed to provide long-term protection once your roof has been cleaned. Using a premium breathable sealer, we lock out moisture while allowing your tiles to breathe naturally — helping to prevent future moss and algae growth and keeping your roof looking newly restored.
Because sealing requires dry conditions, it’s a seasonal service. If the weather isn’t suitable on the day of cleaning, we’ll schedule a return visit when conditions are right. You’ll only be charged for the sealing once it’s been completed to our usual high standard.
